A Flake of Truth

A flake of truth
A crumb of honesty
A drop of kindness
A grain of humility

Himalayan mounts of truth
Thousands loafs of honesty
Oceanic fluxes of kindness
Truck loads of humility

From a good start
To a lofty destination 

Yesterday, I browsed the internet for my pen name (Aufie Zophy) and found that the above poem was quite commonly shared on social media. I wrote it years ago and enjoyed reading it again. So true, that many of us have made this good start and are on our way to that lofty destination, filled with peace of mind and true happiness, in the second stanza. I liked the third verse of the second stanza so much that I made it the title of a new poem: 

Oceanic Fluxes of Kindness 

Oceanic fluxes of kindness will soon
Flood the stock exchange of greed
Melodies of caring love will be the tune;
will be the main luxurious chambers' creed

The phenomenon already started with you
Your kindness has already inspired a few
Who, in turn, are now motivating others too
A giant breath, a world so fresh and new.
