Back to gratefulness

All too often we go on and live a busy life
not having, not making any time for reflection.

A good way to start reflecting on our day,
is to think back about what it is that we are most grateful for.
To find and choose what we are truly most grateful for,
we have to go over all the good things and make a choice: what was best.
To relive all the good things of our day, will have an effect on our mood.

Even on the most dreary days,
we tend to see a thing of beauty;
we tend to hear a word of love;
we tend to do an act of kindness.

Our small and big achievements;
our interaction with the world;
a small fact we learned anew;
a mighty tasteful bite;
a bit of friendship;
a caring soul;
a wonderful sky,...
